Philosophy
Dr. Ashley Amini-Sami is an award-winning prosthodontist passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain happy and healthy smiles. As an American board-certified prosthodontist, she specializes in the full scope of implant, advanced esthetic, and restorative dentistry. She is a clinical instructor at Harvard’s Prosthodontics specialty department and a faculty member of the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Education
Dr. Ashley completed her prosthodontic specialty training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She earned her dual DMD and Ph.D. doctoral degrees from the University of Connecticut Health Center.
Dr. Amini-Sami earned a Ph.D. degree in Tissue Engineering and presented her tissue engineering research at renowned national and international conferences. Her work is published in peer-reviewed journals, including Tissue Engineering, Biomedical Materials, and Journal of Biological Chemistry.
